Moki Mac River Expeditions v. Drugg, 04-0432

In a wrongful-death case brought against a Utah-based river-rafting outfitter, a finding of specific jurisdiction over the matter is reversed and remanded where plaintiff's death on a Grand Canyon hiking trail did not arise from or relate to defendant's instate commercial activities so as to establish specific jurisdiction over it in Texas.
