In an appeal in an underlying product liability case involving a fatal car accident, a petition for a writ mandamus brought by Ford and Volvo to vacate a trial court order that declared certain Volvo documents non-confidential under a provision in a stipulated protective order is conditionally granted where the order contradicted the plain meaning of the parties- agreement.
