Supreme Court of Texas

Brookshire Grocery Co. v. Taylor, 03-0408

A judgment for plaintiff on premises liability in a slip and fall case against a grocery store is reversed where the only unreasonably dangerous condition in the case was ice on the floor, not a self-service soft drink dispenser itself, and there was no evidence that the store had constructive knowledge of the condition.
