Supreme Court of Texas
Mack Trucks, Inc. v. Tamez, 03-0526
In a truck accident case, a court of appeals reversal of the trial court's exclusion of certain evidence and subsequent summary judgment ruling is reversed where the trial court did not err in excluding expert testimony as to what caused a post-accident fire that burned the truck and the driver, and plaintiffs failed to prove causation for purposes of summary judgment.
