Dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of an appeal from a denial of a motion to reinstate following dismissal of a medical malpractice case for want of prosecution is reversed where the court of appeals erred in holding that a motion to reinstate supported only by the affidavit of the movant's former attorney in the case did not extend the deadline for appeal.
