Citizens Nat'l Bank in Waxahachie v. Scott, 05-0454

In a case involving a suit over the alleged nonpayment of a promissory note, a court of appeals' reversal of a judgment in favor of a bank is reversed and remanded for further consideration where the court of appeals failed to explain with adequate specificity why it substituted its judgment for that of the trial court with regards to a finding of nonpayment.
