Petition for review a reversal of a trial court's dismissal of a medical malpractice suit is granted and plaintiff's claims against a doctor are dismissed with prejudice where plaintiff's expert reports did not meet the specificity requirements of section 13.01 of the Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act.
