Gonzales v. McAllen Med. Ctr., Inc., 03-0939

A court of appeals judgment rejecting plaintiffs' challenge to the factual sufficiency of several jury findings in a medical malpractice case is reversed where plaintiffs are entitled to a written opinion stating why the jury's verdict can or cannot be set aside.
