Cameron Appraisal Dist. v. Rourk, 04-0359
A court of appeals' judgment reversing rulings against owners of travel trailers on claims challenging assessed ad valorem taxes against the owners for certain tax years is reversed in part where the court of appeals erred in reversing the trial court's partial dismissal and requiring certification of a class of taxpayers who had failed to pursue administrative remedies.
