Allstate Indem. Co. v. Forth, 05-0057

A judgment finding that an insured had standing to sue her insurance company for settling her medical bills is reversed where there were no allegations that plaintiff-insured suffered damages or that the manner in which an insurance company settled her medical expenses caused her any injury.
