Dallas County Comty. College Dist. v. Bolton, 02-1110

Judgment for a class of plaintiffs awarding damages for fees imposed by defendant for technology upgrades and student services is reversed since the Texas Education Code authorized defendant to impose the technology fee and plaintiffs cannot seek refund of voluntarily paid student services fee.
