J. HIRAM MORRE. LTD. v. GREER, 02-0455

In a dispute concerning a lease to mine minerals, the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff where the disputed deed is ambiguous and should be submitted to the jury to determine the parties' intent.
