ALEXANDER v. TURTUR & ASSOCS., 02-1009
In a suit for legal malpractice, judgment against the plaintiff's claim is affirmed where he failed to prove a connection between his damages and the attorney's negligence due to the lack of expert testimony which would have determined whether the client would have prevailed but for his attorney's alleged negligence.
