TEXAS STATE BANK v. AMARO, 00-1220

Under Property Code section 142.005 and trust documents, the district court had continuing jurisdiction to terminate a trust and to approve a bank's final accounting, including all distributions, fees, costs, and expenses of the trust, but the court's order should not have encompassed approving the bank's investment philosophy.
