GARZA v. TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMM'N, 00-1069

Where the district court did not render a timely judgment in a liquor license proceeding within the ten-day period under Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code section 11.67, the court retains jurisdiction to sign the resulting judgment that is rendered as a matter of law, and an appeal is not justiciable until that judgment is signed.
