LEE LEWIS CONSTR., INC. v. HARRISON, 99-0793

Evidence that general contractor at a construction site inspected subcontractors for safety precautions and approved of a subcontractor's safety precaution, which led to the death of a subcontractor employee, is sufficient to show general contractor retained control of the worksite.
