Under the Texas Products Liability Act, Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code 82.002(a), the product manufacturer's indemnification of the seller includes a seller's reasonable cost to defend an unsuccessful negligence claim, even if asserted independently of the products liability claim.
