In a prosecution of defendant for possession of methamphetamine, jury's finding that the defendant was a habitual felony offender in assessing a punishment of life in prison, is affirmed where: 1) although the evidence at the punishment stage of the trial revealed that the defendant had damaged a juror's property in a prior offense, the doctrine of "implied bias" does not apply to this case, so as to require a mistrial; and 2) the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying a mistrial.
