Defendant's capital murder conviction is affirmed where: 1) the state properly referred to the plea negotiations that occurred to rebut defense counsel's statements about the same issue; and 2) Defendant did not show how supplementing the record with a document that apparently could only be used to support unpreserved claims on appeal would be of any benefit to him.
