Gamboa v. State, AP-75635

Defendant's capital murder conviction is affirmed, where: 1) the evidence was sufficient based on witness statements, DNA and fingerprint evidence; 2) the trial court properly dismissed a juror who was arrested for driving while intoxicated; and 3) the trial court gave an instruction to cure a bystander's outburst.
