Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

Abbott v. Texas, 1816-07

Reversal of trial court's denial of a motion for time-served credit for defendant convicted of indecency with a child and subsequently sentenced to supervised release is vacated and remanded where there was no statutory or constitutional provision authorizing defendant to appeal an order denying a time-credit motion, and the appeal should therefore have been dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
