Barrera v. State of Texas, 1642-07

Deletion of a restitution order imposed as part of a sentence for murder is reversed and remanded where: 1) there was no evidentiary basis for the restitution order imposed; but 2) the proper remedy was remand for a new restitution hearing, not deletion.
