In appeals arising following a conviction for, among other things, aggravated sexual assault of a child, the Court of Criminal Appeals dismisses, as improvidently granted, defendant's and the state's petitions for review of a court of appeals ruling on a Confrontation Clause claim regarding a trial judge's decision to admit a videotaped interview of the child-victim with a CPS investigator in lieu of the victim's testimony.
