A court of appeals decision reversing a judgment nunc pro tunc granting defendant an additional 271 days of back-time credit on his sentence for possession of methamphetamine is affirmed where the court of appeals had jurisdiction over the state's appeal, and it was error for the trial court to award back-time credit by judgment nunc pro tunc.
