Clay v. State of Texas, 1370-05

A court of appeals decision reversing a conviction for aggravated robbery based on erroneous admission of certain hearsay testimony is reversed where the court of appeals erred in holding that the trial court erred in admitting the testimony and that the error was not harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
