Curtis v. State of Texas, 1820-06

A court of appeals judgment reversing defendant's conviction for DWI is reversed where the court of appeals applied an incorrect standard to determine whether officers had reasonable suspicion to stop defendant's vehicle after they observed him weaving in and out of his lane late at night.
