A conviction for capital murder and death sentence is affirmed over seven meritless claims of error regarding whether: 1) the trial court erred in overruling a motion to dismiss the indictment for its alleged failure to include special punishment issues; 2) a defendant has a right to a grand jury indictment on the special punishment issues under the state constitution; 3) certain accomplice-witness testimony was sufficiently corroborated to support appellant's conviction as a principal; 4) the same testimony was sufficiently corroborated to support his conviction under a parties theory; 5) the trial court erred in failing to grant a challenge for cause against a venireperson; 6) the trial court erred in granting a motion to prohibit defendant from making a particular argument; and 7) the trial court erred in instructing the jury.
