In an appeal from a revocation of defendant's community supervision and a conviction and sentence for engaging in organized criminal activity, a court of appeals decision overruling appellant's issue regarding the prosecutor's failure to meet the oath requirements for elected officers mandated by the Texas constitution is affirmed where appellant failed to preserve the issue.
