Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas
Rollerson v. State of Texas, 0962-06, 0964-06
In a criminal case involving convictions for felony offenses relating to three burglaries and connected deadly-weapon findings, a court of appeals decision reversing three of the convictions, finding the evidence legally insufficient to support any of the deadly-weapon findings, and barring any deadly-weapon finding upon retrial, is reversed in part where: 1) the court of appeals correctly affirmed the convictions in one case; but 2) erred in its deadly-weapon statement in another case.
