Gutierrez v. State of Texas, 1633-05

A court of appeals' decision upholding a conviction for drug-related offenses is affirmed where, although police's search of defendant's home without a search warrant was not justified under the exigent circumstances exception to the Fourth Amendment, defendant voluntarily consented to the police entry and search of his home.
