Jones v. State of Texas, 0230-06

In a case where the trial court erroneously refused to permit defense counsel to ask a proper question during voir dire, a court of appeals' ruling concluding that the error was not constitutional in nature and that it was harmless is reversed and remanded as such error constitutes a violation of the Texas Constitution.
