Teal v. State of Texas, 0689-06

A court of appeals' decision finding that an indictment for hindering apprehension was insufficient to vest the district court with subject-matter jurisdiction is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where, under Studer v. State, 799 S.W.2d 263 (Tex. Crim. App. 1990), the indictment sufficed to vest jurisdiction in the district court.
