A judgment reversing a conviction for sexual assault is reversed where the court of appeals erred in holding that: 1) certain photographs admitted over objection were offered merely to show defendant's propensity to commit crimes and were unfairly prejudicial; and 2) the use of the word "victim" in a jury charge was "clearly calculated to injure appellant's rights and was therefore harmful."
