Court of appeals' dismissal of an appeal on grounds of untimeliness is reversed where the court of appeals erred in dismissing the appeals for want of jurisdiction as appellant's filing of a motion for new trial extended the calculation of the time limit for filing an appeal specified in an earlier order granting an out-of-time appeal.
