A petition for writ of habeas corpus from a sentence for indecency with a child by contact and aggravated sexual assault of a child is denied where applicant's Delaware prior conviction was properly used to enhance his punishment, he did not receive ineffective assistance of counsel, and there was no ex post facto violation with regard to the application of certain statutory mandatory life-sentence provisions.
