Denial of a motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for drug-related offenses is affirmed where a court of appeals correctly found that: 1) an initial investigatory detention of appellant was based on reasonable suspicion; 2) police were justified in frisking appellant for weapons; 3) a warrantless seizure of crack cocaine from defendant's pocket during the frisk was valid under the "plain-feel" exception to the warrant requirement; and 4) defendant's subsequent warrantless arrest did not violate any constitutional or statutory provisions.
