Defendant's conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for attacking and trying to strangle his live-in girlfriend is affirmed where any error under Crawford in admitting the hearsay statements that the victim made to a police officer at the scene of the crime was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt.
