Herring v. State of Texas, 0476-05
A decision reversing an aggravated robbery conviction and rendering a conviction for the lesser-included offense of robbery is reversed where the court of appeals erred in holding that defendant's admission that he had a knife and his threat to kill the victim were legally insufficient to prove that he used or exhibited a deadly weapon.
