Kniatt v. State of Texas, 0323-05

A judgment of the court of appeals granting defendant habeas relief is reversed where, given the record evidence, the trial court could have reasonably concluded that defendant had entered his guilty plea voluntarily, and the court of appeals erred in holding otherwise.
