Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

A conviction for injury to a child is affirmed where, in order to convict, a jury was not required to unanimously agree on one of three theories that: 1) that defendant injured the child by commission, or 2) that defendant injured the child by omission by failing to prevent the child's mother from injuring the child; or 3) that defendant injured the child by omission by failing to provide proper medical care for her.
