Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas
Handy v. State of Texas, 1220-04
Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for aggravated robbery is affirmed since, under circumstances where defendant never established his standing to challenge the search in question, the state had no duty to exhibit a search warrant and its supporting affidavit to the trial court.
