McNatt v. State of Texas, 0133-05
A judgment prohibiting the state from using certain prior convictions for enhancement at a new punishment hearing for a defendant is reversed where the court of appeals erred in holding that the untimeliness of an enhancement allegation carried over to any retrial of the punishment proceedings.
