Robertson v. State of Texas, 325-05

A determination that defendant did not receive ineffective assistance of counsel in an aggravated assault case is reversed where defendant's trial lawyer performed deficiently under the first prong of Strickland for eliciting testimony from defendant at the guilt phase of his trial that defendant was already incarcerated on two convictions that were pending on appeal.
