Poncio v. State of Texas, 386-05
Defendant's conviction for burglary of a habitation is affirmed where defendant's exclusive and unexplained possession of property recently stolen in a burglary in conjunction with the fact that he pawned the property very close to the burgled home were sufficient to support his conviction.
