Saenz v. State of Texas, 61-04
The Court of Appeals did not err in holding that defendant had been subjected to multiple punishments for the same offense, in violation of the Double Jeopardy clause, when separate judgments for the offense of capital murder were entered for each victim of a multiple murder committed in the same criminal transaction.
