Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

LANE v. STATE OF TEXAS, 1122-03

Defendant's conviction for aggravated assault is affirmed over his challenges that 1) the evidence presented was legally insufficient to prove that he used a weapon during the commission of his offense, and 2) it was error to admit the victim's out-of-court statements into evidence through the testimony of a paramedic.
