Defendant's conviction was improperly reversed on grounds that one juror was absolutely disqualified per Code of Criminal Procedure Article 35.19. Before the verdict was entered, defendant told the court that he had no objection to the disqualified juror; accordingly, his conviction may not be reversed under Article 44.46.
