ZONE v. TEXAS, 1553-02
Conviction of possession of more than 1 but less than 4 grams of cocaine is affirmed where the state's chemist only tested a sample of 5 of the 12 rocks, because the state has to prove only that the aggregate weight of the controlled substance mixture, including adulterants and dilutants, equals the alleged minimum weight.
