Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

RAMIREZ v. STATE OF TEXAS, 1464-01

Though amendment of a complaint no longer vitiates both the complaint and the information, thereby destroying the trial court's jurisdiction, by not objecting to the information prior to trial, appellant waived any contention that the information was defective because it was based upon a defective underlying complaint.
