RODRIGUEZ v. STATE OF TEXAS, 290-01
When defendant has been charged with drug delivery to a minor "on or about" a certain date, and the minor testifies that defendant delivered to her "maybe 20 or 30 times" during nine months preceding this date, the minor has not provided testimony of extraneous offenses, and the minor cannot be an accomplice to defendant's delivery.
